This time there wasnt hair in my food. So I'm thankful for that. This is one of my favorite places. I do wish that there was more rice and beans in the bowl. In restaurant, you get so much more.

The Combo Five Item my favorite meal to order its very affordable and a lot of food. I ordered 2 cheese enchiladas, rice, and 2 sides of guacamole. Their guacamole is my all time favorite of all the local restaurants. Its just the right amount of hot.

I usually get the Pollo Con Queso. The rice is always fresh, and the chicken is perfectly seasoned and covered in white queso. The tortillas are homemade, and the salsa has the perfect blend of spice. You can't go wrong with Mr. Mambos!

I normally enjoy Mambo's. Not this time. Everything in the Mambo Sampler was crammed together in two small containers. The Taco Salad was sub par the Dr Diet Dr Pepper was watered down and flat.
1. When your customers pay more for delivery than dine in, the very least you can do is remain consistent with quality and presentation. There's no excellence in cramming everything into a tray.
2. Taco Salad isn't complicated. The hardest thing to get right is the shell, and that's all they got right. Either make a high quality taco salad and charge what you need to make money or don't do it at all. The ranchero chicken is dry. The salad mix is plain. Come on! Give me beans. Veggies. Color. Garnish. Presentation. Chicken that's not dry and bland.
3. You're advertising canned pop. You're selling small watered down fountain drinks for $2.69. Value?

I ordered Chicken Fajitas from here the other day and for $30 I got like 10 pieces of chicken total between the two orders! usually this place is awesome but my order of 2 chicken fajitas dinners was mostly all peppers and onions, come on, not for $30!
