AMAZING donuts as always, even if ordering late! They have always taken care of us if out of a selection from our order too. Can't imagine getting out donuts from anyone else now; try their powdered Bavarian Cream for a surprisingly take, its our new family's fav!

I ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts, and over half were not the kind I picked out. My thought was maybe they were out of these particular varieties... that's understandable, but I didn't get a message, nor a call asking what I would like as an alternative. As someone who has worked in customer service for several decades I'm disappointed that an extra donut wasn't put in the box, or I didn't receive a small discount or something. Plus the donuts I got (Maple Bar) were dry and tasted several days old. There are too many other donut establishments near this location. Next time I'll go somewhere else.

Very dry doughnuts. Didn't have what we ordered. The double maple is our fav and there was almost NO filling in it. :( super inconsistent. We were so excited to celebrate our son's birthday with this and I even worked an extra shift. Super disappointing. :/

Our first order from Mr. Maple, and our family is very happy! We ordered a half and half dozen, and everything we tried so far is pretty great. The only negative was that the Oreo Cream didn't have much flavor and was just sweet fluff. We just know now we don't like that one and can try another next time we order (which will be soon!).
