Not you typical lo mein. Good, but odd a tomato based almost Italian tasting. Scallion pancake was good, just didnt come with any sauce, which I think is pretty standard?

Tomato And Egg Noodle Soup 西红柿鸡蛋汤面 was bland but thats what I wanted today. It was delicious! Next time I order, I'll spice it up.

I love how the packaging separates the noodles from the soup so it stays fresh. I recommend the Braised Beef Noodle Soup 红烧牛肉面 with wide noodles! You would be surprised how much flavor gets absorbed into the wide noodles while main the freshness and chewiness of hand-cut noodles. I will say the soup was not as rich as I expected, but it was still really good!
