I have ordered from this store at least 10 times and they never fail to hit the spot. My faves are BBQ Melt Whole on spinach wrap as well as Kickin Chicken Whole on spinach wrap. Tastes like real meals prepared from scratch... not fast-food-adjascent sandwich shops.

Normally their food is decent quality but lately it's been hit or miss. I like their reuben on wheat bread but lately the bread has been stale so I opted for it on a French Roll instead. When I opened it something smelled burned and it was the sandwich. Not good customer service at all. The smell was horrendous and the sandwich not edible. Hopefully they will get back to the fresh quality when they first opened.

I paid almost $2 for extra cheese, does the pic look like EXTRA cheese to you?
Look how much avocado they give you...for a veggie sandwich, you guys really bring it home! $4 dollars for that much pota salad? Better off getting a huge tub at Frys for the same price. My order receipt clearly says no pepperoncinis but yet there they are...

sandwich with very little meat. The meat was absolutely gross. We also ordered half a tuna. Also gross. The bread was so hard. The Tuna had no flavor at all. The biggest disappointment was the Potato salad which is their #1 favorite item. Just nasty. Tasted just like grocery store deli potato salad. The best part of the meal was the soda. We literally threw the food out. What a waste of $35
