A while back we ordered from here and had made a mistake on the order. We actually had a terrible experience talking to the kids working at doordash, but the people at Mr Sub were incredibly helpful and fixed our problem for us.
I've been going to the location near the parkway mall for a long time, off and on, and have always had great food and friendly service. This is one of my two favorite spots in the city.

There were a lot of toppings,(I order a veggie sub so that's the most important part) but today the bread was day old at least. Hard and not enjoyable. Usually this location is great.

The sub was great but because I couldn't order sauce on the side so the other half turned mushy. Love the brownie! Should at least be changed to on or on the side...not too hard. I love Mr. Sub!

I ordered a cookie and didn't get it and for a $15.00 assorted sub with extra meat it wasn't as big as the Super assorted used to be and the bun was stale. Useless and never again you crooks.
