The pictures of the Chocolate Chip Cookie doesnt do it justice, it's thicker andbigger than the pictures!!! So good!!!!

I added bacon to both of my burgers and there's not even a whole piece on one of them. The food came quickly but somehow it's already cold and dried out like they had a bunch of them pre-made to send out for online orders. They also sent me plain unseasoned unsalted fries which is not what I ordered. For the price of this combo it sure is disappointing.

Got the Karls Deluxe, it was not toasted, the meat was disgusting. The onions weren't chopped. The fries were crispy, but flavorless. This place feels like an absolute scam.

this is the worst money I've spent on door dash! burgers where overcooked, the cheese tastes like cheezwhiz , 1 pickle between 2 burgers and the fries were soggy with a slice of unmelted process cheese on top covered with a dri,xle of mayo and ketchup!! I ordered a diet Pepsi and got a diet coke!! I payed a high price to learn where not to eat ever again!!

Not great. Edible at least. Tastes like cafeteria food that is mass produced with very little flavor in order to save money. FYI this is a "virtual restaurant" meaning existing physical restaurants serve this out of their kitchen. That explains the lack of flavor. Definitely order from somewhere else.
