burger was great, it came loaded but I received regular fries instead of Beast Style Fries so I'm a little disappointed in that. first time but I would order again

They messed up my order and I left a bad review because I'm hangry, but they did apologize about it on the phone and I really like the burgers so I want to offset my bad review.

Second time ordering. First time was amazing. This time is awful. Burger is literally black it's so burnt. Cant believe it would be served. Chicken sandwich is very dry but edible.

The chicken sandwich had waaaay too much mayo on it...it was spilling out of the sandwich on all sides in huge glops. The sandwich completely fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The bottom bun was soaked. Total disaster. The fries were good though!
