Beast Style Fries were fantastic. I added bacon and smash burger patty to it and it was best loaded fries I've had

The Nashville Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich is good fresh but the fries were very disappointing the fries were nearly 5 dollars but I got 19 total fries but majority of them were cut and short fries.

#1 My dasher was great!
#2 The food was good - I love that they label each container so there's no mix-up on a group order. (see pic) The Signature Crinkle Fries are seasoned well & ketchup seems to kick it up a notch. The Impossible™ Beast Style Combo burger had great flavor (just a tad salty) but....
#3 The Impossible Burger came with about 1/5 of the condiments that were supposed to be on there. I got the slice of cheese & 1 piece of lettuce that I paid to add-on...but there were NO pickles, mayo, ketchup or brown mustard. (see pic) It wasn't dry, but burgers definitely need some kind of sauce on them. (see pic)
A good 50% of the seasoned fries were missing. Starving here so I add another order, in addition to the combo, and figure whatever I don't eat I can toast tomorrow. I was very disappointed to open one container to see almost 1/3 of the amount of fries that should be there - they ARE $4.50 a pop - and the other was almost 1/2 full. When I combined them in one container it was a tiny bit past full. (see pic)
I read a lot of reviews online and saw that flavor-wise, the company has bad reviews, in addition to high prices. I have insomnia & starving since it's been 15 hours since I last ate (it was just soup, so not any kind of filling) and this was one of very few still open at 2:30a.
IMO if the sandwich was prepared right and the order of (2) fries was actually fulfilled, I'd love it! Just not sure if I'm willing to try again due to the high cost unless they have more coupons/promos.

Food is dry, bland , the Nashville Hot Chicken Tender Sandwichand Crispy Chicken Tender Sandwich were like chicken pieces... not whole hard as rock no meat. Fry's were dry seasoning didn't help. Burgers are cut in half or something not full party

Portions were low for the beast style fries but otherwise the order was great.
I think even the burger was smaller than usual.
I typically order from a different store that's closer who uses beast burger and they were closed. The quality was better but the quantity was much lower.
