While the food is really good, they package the soup in a paper container with no water resistant lining. The noodles come completely congealed to the bowl and you lose half your meal scraping them out. They also give you such a small amount of broth it doesn't cover even half the noodles, and again package it in a non-water resistant bowl that soaks through and leaks. They wrap it in plastic wrap but it doesnt help and comes soppy. This has all happened multiple times. They need to improve the packaging of their containers and also provide enough broth you could actually call their soup, "soup". Until they fix these things, stick to eating there in person.
