The food was excellent, very well portioned, reasonable, and fast. Best burger I've had in awhile. The cheese wedges were also great. They're a must when you go. Get the mixed.

Order was ok. Only about 20 sweet potato fries in the order. Very small amount for the cost. Burger was good. No drink with order. I did put it in and got a credit for the drink. Didn't help me while eating though asked the dasher about the drink on text and was told ..... call the store they ain't give me a drink.

Thought it would be on a hoagie or po boy bun instead of a hamburger bun. Not much bell pepper on sandwich. I've had better Philly sandwiches elsewhere. Overpriced for what I got. Subway makes better on better bread

Pay for queso on my fries. Usually they are drenched in cheesy goodness but there was hardly anything on them. Mugshots is good when it's good but they are so inconsistent with quality.
Tenders were mushy and undercooked.
Barely any jalapeños on my burger.
When you get it good, you will for sure feel ripped off when they send you a low effort just get it out type of order.
Such a shame but this is why I never order from here anymore. It's just 50/50 if your food will be good or terrible and $40 is a lot to spend for subpar food.

great burgers! i get the texan without jalapenos because i love the taste of fried onions and carolina gold bbq on a patty.
