I've only eaten at Mugshots and had delivery a few times bc I always assumed it was basic bar food. Then, when I had such surprisingly great experiences, I assumed it was just the particular location that excelled. But, we just ordered in another state, while traveling for business and just wanted something quick and relatively healthy for dinner bc there's no room service. (COVID EXCUSES) I will not be surprised again. Quality care and delicious.
The "side salad" is huge and fresh... not just iceberg lettuce and a tomato thrown on top like many places.
The chili was so good that I tried to hide it from my boyfriend,..... but, he remembered.
I've never had delivery, and very few times, even dining in very nice restaurants, where I had no complaints. But, with quality service, food, and great prices, I'm left completely satisfied every time

I'm pretty sure I received someone else's RAJUN HESTER CAJUN SALAD . Mine was plain with nothing on it but a few pieces of chicken. I tried to call but was put on hold for over 5 minutes and when I tried to call back multiple times all I get is a busy signal. $20 for the most basic salad.

Burger was over cooked and there was almost no Mac and cheese on the burger. Would have been better served getting a burger from McDonalds

OMG!! I was so hesitant about ordering from a new restaurant but I must say Mugshot didn't let me down and the Patty Melt burger was amazing I ordered a extra patty in fear of it not being big enough but I know now that one patty is enough!! Thanks Mugshot and thanks Daniel for your assistance in delivering!!
