Everything was delicious!! Y'all did an awesome job!! The BLACKENED SHRIMP PASTA was really good. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. We didn't receive all of the sauces we ordered on our Monster MOMBO COMBOs which happens often. We order from this store on a weekly basis, and very seldom is something incorrect.

food was actually just bad??? it's never like this at the restaurant eating in person. the fried foods were all soggy, the wings had no sauce on them, and the cheese wedges were much smaller than ive ever seen (i've had them many times) plus basically empty. very very disappointed because i expected better. btw i got two MOMBO COMBOs to share.

They gave us less than a hand full of fries. I could have just went to McDonald's or somewhere else and spent less and got more food. Food was also cold. We paid like $30 bucks for this

Mugshots used to be really good but now, the burgers are so mediocre. For about a year now, the burgers have been too dry. Even if you order extra toppings, they either just don't add them or add a hilariously small portion of whatever it is. The only things still great are the cheese sticks & eggrolls.

Egg rolls were slightly over cooked, but the portions have gotten considerably smaller. There were a total of 8 fries on the HOWARDS PHILLY SANDWICH meal and when I asked for ketchup, I was given 3 packets (for 4 meals) and had to ask for more. It's always pretty good, but the fry portions have gotten smaller and smaller.
