Mumbo Gumbo PDX opened in February 2019, and is located inside the Smile Food Cart Pod. Since then, Brandon Stevens has been serving quality interpretations of classic Southern Dishes.
Delicious, generous portions, and always comes piping hot! Mumbo Gumbo is becoming a household favorite.

The most delicious food I've had in a while from DoorDash, and there are lots of excellent places on here. Incredible flavors, generous servings, 12/10 would recommend.

So i don't generally like grits however i tried their Shrimp ‘n Grits and they are hands down THE BEST I've ever had! Highly recommend. I also ordered The Nipsey Hussleans it was phenomenal as well. Being from MS it brings back a taste of home! Highly recommend !

Did the build your own gumbo! Flavor was very good and lots of rice and veggies. Paid 4$ extra for shrimp and 2$ extra for chicken and hardly got any of both. All in all I'd eat here again
