All of our appetizers are deep-fried in pure unsaturated vegetable soya salad oil and are served with hot tomato and mild coconut sauce.
Dosas are crepes made with different lentil flours and stuffed with vegetable potato curry, served with sambar soup, coconut chutney, tomato chutney, ginger chutney and mulga powder (spiced chilly powder).
