Nan Xiang is a very special restaurant for our couple. Since it became franchised, it is more accessible for us to order it. We order very often too. Today, we realized the quantity of noodles increased, making our belly full too soon, but also the broth couldn't contain this amount of noodles in the bowl.
The signature pork A1.. Nan Xiang Signature Pork Soup Dumplings 南翔小籠包 [原味] - they changed de dumpling shape - more pronounced folds. All the tastes are still same but I hope they will figure out the right ratio broth : noodles.

The sponge tofu is served cold and is sweet which isn't mentioned in its description. C1.. Cucumber Salad with Garlic 脆口青瓜 is bland needs more salt and more garlic.

The C6.. Scallion Pancake with Sliced Beef 葱油饼夾牛肉 was low key the best thing I've ever tasted. Totally exquisite. Perfectly flaky, crispy, delicious. Was sitting here with my boyfriend being like "Is this the best thing I have ever tasted?????" Honestly crazy.
