The rolls were good although pricy. Sashimi 7pc 27$ which seems exorbitant unless large pieces so did not try the sashimi.

Large portions, well packaged and tasty. Miso Soup was delicious as was the Tonkatsu Curry Rice dinner. Reminded of home. Will order again soon.

The Mexico City roll tasted good and was the perfect size. The cilantro gives the roll an interesting depth of flavor. However, the Spicy Salmon Hand Roll and Eel & Avocado Hand Roll were disappointing. They were filled with entirely too much ingredients for a traditional hand roll which caused them to become soggy more quickly and the delicate flavors to become lost. I know it's strange to complain about getting too much for your money, but in the case of sushi, bigger is not always better. We prefer traditional sushi sizes because we like to sample an array of small dishes and flavors. Too big and everything gets lost. In this case we could have each just eaten the hand rolls and have been full.
I'm sure most Americans would appreciate the size, but for us, we would have preferred something more petite.
Also, the sushi rice was not as seasoned as it could have been which contributed to a lack of flavor.

Ordered the Nara Specialand the Ninja. Lacking sauce and both rolls fell apart instantly. The shrimp tempura inside the Ninja was either old or just very poor quality. The SSC had no flavor in the Nara Special. No toppings like masago or tobiko or green onions. Not enough wasabi for two rolls let alone one. Fish was okay. Overall will not be ordering from Nara again.

Impressed with our first order! Try the Amigo Roll, it was on point! Fyi - We like to add favorite crunchy chili olive oil for some heat :)
