I order from Nawab quite a bit but tonights order was exceptional. It arrived really fast, because I don't live particularly close to downtown. It arrived hot and packaged very well. I ADORE these items and actually create a bowl with them! The portion sizes allows for almost three meals for me. Nawab is the best Indian food in Roanoke!

Nawab has gone way down hill. Their Condiments Raita was disgusting. The spice level we requested was totally ignored. Not to mention the price is exorbitant for what you receive. A few pieces of chiken in the tikka masala and a sad amount of paneer in the saag. Were ordering from taaza from now on

The best ever from here. Cooked to perfection. The shrimp was tender in the Kokani Prawn Curry. The Kumbh-methi-makai so flavorful, I would order it again. The chicken dish I ordered, another Curry, was delicious and chicken very tender. All a perfect medium heat, as well.

Food is very, very delicious, but the goat curry dish was supposed to be mild and was far too spicy for our guest and the shrimp in the coconut curry was overcooked and chewy, although the sauce was my favorite so far. Containers need to be labeled so everyone knows which dish is theirs. I realize prices have gone up, but there was very little meat in any of them. I hate to complain because the food is soooo good, just disappointed in how little meat was in the dishes.

Oh wooooow. This place is incredible. I just devoured it in 15 minutes. The Vegetable Korma is divine, and as a meat eater who is trying to eat more plants, I was afraid I would miss the meat, but I did not. The vegetables are tender and bathed in the flavor of the coconut broth, paired with the Garlic Naan to dip it in, magnificent. I enjoyed the Samosa but will get it with chutney next time. So glad this place exists!
