I am always happy with my food from NE Chinese restaurant. Tonight I decided to try V14. Salt and Pepper Tofu and WOW!!! It didn't disappoint. It's so fresh and flavorful.

The food was good, but the General Tso'so Chicken was too hot. I think you should have a way for customers to select how hot they want their food.
