I want so badly to leave a 5 star! I love their coffee, their baked goods and love the atmosphere they created in the shop, BUT... I say this with SO much love, hoping it will help. The inconsistency is whats keep me from leav a 5 star review. I will order on door dash and it seem like every time its different. I ordered a coconut cold brew with an extra shot because its been very milky the last few times. This time there was no milk or cream or coconut flakes just coffee, syrup and an extra shot. On the app for milk/ cream it is listed as "alternate milk options" and I didn't want to alternate anything... but they excluded it all together. Maybe i am ordering incorrectly but it usually comes with milk/creamer in it.

I'm always going to give y'all a 4 or 5 but I ordered a Carmel cold brew with an extra shot of espresso and orange burbon sweet cream. There's no sweet cream on either of them. :/ love y'all and I'll try again tomorrow.
