Originally I ordered and didn't receive it due to an issue with my dasher but DoorDash and Nektar were super kind and replaced my order immediately tasted great appreciate it even more because of the amazing customer service

3rd time, it has arrived melted and soupy. hardly any pineapple. I would recommend that for deliveries, they double bowl it with ice in the bottom bowl or leave it in the freezer until the driver comes. this is not worth $20. taste is fine.Build Your Own Bowl (Regular)

So good but they skimp on the fruit toppings, if you order a large w 1 fruit choice it should be 3x the amount of fruit since you did not choose 2 others, not 1 serving of the fruit

For what they are charging the product doesnt meet expectations. This is the second and last time I wil order. The drinks are flavorless and for some reason When they have a flavor it's like old fruit.
