First time ordering here bowl was great fruit was fresh and my order was correct as I removed items from this bowl. I appreciate when restaurants actually read your order and make it correctly

Im not one to leave many reviews but today was it for me. I order the same pickup item at minimum 4xs a week from this place because its closer to my office. I have seen several inconsistencies with my açaí bowl lately however, I keep extending grace, believing they will redeem themselves.
As I picked up my bowl this morning, it was just sitting out on the counter-not only was the outside of my bowl wet from the condensation, when I opened to stir, it was like thick soup!
I believe the customer service was more irritating than my bowl not being fit to eat...the young lady, she may be new or new to Mgmt but her customer service is terrible...she plops my bowl on the counter & walks away...no, hello, no let me put that in a bag, i mean nothing. I had to say excuse me, could I please get a bag...after seeing her bag the lady in front of me & ensuring there were napkins, etc inside! Completely unacceptable!!!!
The 2 stars are for the awesome young man that used to be there(he may have been a Mgr) but this young man was awesome, great customer service!! Although I never ordered inside, he knew me everytime I walked through the door to pick up my bowl, he would smile, take my bag out of the freezer & ensure condiments were inside...
