I'm diabetic with an autoimmune disease. Currently on a liquid diet and these smoothies are satisfying and filling and made with real ingredients. They don't spike my blood sugar or inflammation like some other smoothie places. Great option if you need nutrients and calories that are easy to ingest. And they're delicious too!
