The experience was unpleasant, but the dasher was very understanding. The items were unavailable but the staff offered me alternatives. The unpleasant experience came in the way it was communicated. The banana split was delicious.

the Dubai chocolate bar is so small for $12. literally less than 2 inches. just a small rectangle. there were no photos for it so when i took it out of the bag i was genuinely shocked. the The Berry Love Brownie is not as advertised- its two brownies with strawberry pie filling on top and no fudge. The Oreo Brownie was as advertised but did not come with whipped cream or 'oreo wafers.' save your money and just go to the store to see what's really being offered for the price point.

A few times now I get the funnel cake and I keep receiving it uncooked. Today I ordered it and I said again please cook. Instead of cooking , it was shoved in a cup uncooked under icecream

I got the Funnel cake/fries sampler. It was alright. First id like to say there is no option to pick the flavor of ice cream so they had to call me which I appreciated. But I feel like all toppings should have been packaged separatey. My ice cream was half melted all over my fries making them soggy. I paid extra to have hot fudge and by the time it madeit to me the entire bottom of the box was COVERED in Carmel and fudge. I feel like if it had been executed properly it would have been a good item. But I will not be reordering.
