The steak and chicken is always well seasoned tender. This is my go to order when ordering from this restaurant. They do not shy away from great portions of meat to rice ratio. This plate is clearly enough for two meals. I will definitely cont order this meal.

BRING YOUR OWN WHITE SAUCE!! I very rarely write reviews for restaurants let alone a bad review but this new Japan steakhouse is really not it.The chicken is decent but the steak is cut so thin it’s impossible for it to hold any moisture it is very dry. The portions are great tons of meat way more than I’m used to from a restaurant like this.My biggest issue is the incredibly watered down white sauce/ shrimp sauce it is so watered down there is no flavor at all it’s like drinking water and Someone whispered in your ear “shrimp sauce” let alone the fact it was all watered down they only give you half a tiny ramekin of the sauce I even ordered extra. The prices and portion is great but they definitely cut the quality it’s a mixxed review from me.

The plates are always big enough for me to eat TWICE (or share with my little ones)! It always comes super hot and is flavorful! I'm picky with other hibachi spots bc this place has set the bar high! Picture does it no justice!

Miso soup was $4 for less than 3/4 of a cup for soup. The "vegetables" included were 4 pieces of broccoli. The white sauce is INCREDIBLY watered down. Worse Chinese food than you can get at the mall. Cannot taste the hibachi sauce on anything. We did like that they had soba noodles, they are hard to find (however we had to add our own sauce to them).

Ended up just throwing it away. It made me add on an extra white sauce (or ginger sauce) it was only $.50 so no big deal. But the white sauce was watery and each one was only filled up halfway. Rice was fine but the steak had hard pieces in it and was bad quality. Chicken wasn't much better. The side of veggies was 99% onion, had maybe 5 slices of zucchini in there. I won't order from here in the future.
