I grew up in New Mexico and don't get down there often so I love that there is a place that does it so authentic. Their *Red Chile Pork Posole' is on point and their wet burritos are so great.

This is easily the BEST place in Bellingham. The owner is an absolute angel, and the food is SO GOOD. I'm vegan and gluten free, and there are so many outstanding options. The peach bites are a must!!

The chips and salsa on the side for an ext $5 was not worth it to me. Literally 7 on the vergcof being completely stale chips. Might as well have bought the bag of chips they offer for $6.
As for the rest of it, it was really yummy!
