Finally some good Italian food in joplin. I had mancotti and it was excellent. Have had lasagna and it was excellent. Food was piping hot and packaged well. Quick service.

10" gluten free was supposed to have pepperoni added, and I paid $2 extra. No pepperoni came on it, and the edges are burnt!
16" pepperoni was made
Correctly, just very little pepperoni added especially for the price.

This was my second disappointing experience with them. The first time they got my order wrong.But blamed it on what they saw on the ticket. No apologies, no attempt to make anything, right.
This time, even though the doordash app said the order had been completed, my driver had to sit there for almost fifteen minutes waiting for the pizza. it wasn't that warm when it got here.So i'm not sure that it was not ready. it came with little to no toppings... a couple slices had nothing at all. I had paid two dollars each. the taste was okay, but I have lived in New York and I didn't feel it tasted like anything I'd ever had there.
I had been thinking of telling my husband we needed to go try and eat there. but after these two experiences, I don't think so.

Their cheesy garlic bread is the best I've ever had ANYWHERE. Crust is very obviously hand made, and all ingredients were high quality on my pepperoni pizza. 10/10 recommend

12" NY Cheese Pizza , 🍕 this time I ordered extra sauce because last time my pizza had very little. This pizza had so much sauce it was nearly leaking from the boxes corners. This was supposed to be a pepperoni & mushroom pizza with extra cheese. Found a total of 5 slices of mushrooms. It's just been very disturbing the last several pizzas. Spending alot of money and get a pizza sauce pizza with extra cheese with some pepperoni and VERY LITTLE MUSHROOMS!
