I absolutely love Nguyen's kitchen! Always delicious. (Best to visit in person, the family & staff are incredibly kind and the meat in the pho is served medium rare.)

Best pho in charlottesville so far!
Sad that you have to choose the type of meat and a little bit short of what you can get at nova but definitely deep and thick soup with tender beef

The Vietnamese Iced Coffee is my go to everytime! The Roasted Pork & Scallion Buns were a first time today and they were delicious. Just like everything they make. The Toasted Egg Tart is also another one I love and get every time.
