• DoorDash orderI loooovee their sashimi. I always get salmon because it's been my favorite for years. Here, it's super fresh and clean cut. They don't give you super big portion nor skimp out. In my opinion, it's the perfect bite and quality.
Normal order for me is: Salmon sashi, Hot Salmon Roll (love their spicy mayo plus ginger combo) and Nijiya Roll for crunch texture.

• DoorDash orderSushi was warm when it wasnt supposed to be. Fish was not fresh. Sushi rolls we definitely pre made. Protein to rice ratio is way off. My salad was 6 pieces of lettuce. I would get Kroger sushi before getting anything from here again. Dont waste your time just get Super Yummy in Nac to go.

• DoorDash orderIf you're thinking about ordering from Nijiya... DO IT NOW! The salmon roll was AMAZING and the fried spring rolls were still hot and soo delicious! I will be ordering again!!
