Sweet, salty, crunchy, gooey, multiple flavor levels, so good. Halloumi & Artichoke Salad I love this salad from the savory grilled cheese to the crisp and fresh vegetables and the buttery crunchy pull of sour dough toast. Avocado BLT , I added the smoked pimento cheese and chose sourdough toasted with a side of chicken vegetable soup with barley. this sandwich was AMAZING! Savory, salty, creamy, smokey, satisfying sandwich and soup paired perfectly with chunks of chicken and vegetables in a light tomato based soup.Chocolate Mousse creamy rich chocolate with a beautiful sweet cream topping. Chocolate Croissant they called me and said they were out and replaced it with the Derby brownie, decadently rich. my lunch and dinner are all set today!

Blueberry Flaxseed Muffin terrific! cinnamon sugar crumble on top, juicy plump blueberries and moist and flavorful inside. Cortado perfectly balanced.Ham Ciabatta with sunny side egg substitute adds a creaminess to the spicy aoli and perfectly baked ham and fresh tomatoes and lettuce.

Quesabirria Criossant succulent, flavorful, seasoned well; the dip is deep and rich, the croissant is crispy and airy, the lime brightens the dish; fabulously rich and delicious. Horiatiki salad off sets the richness of the Quesabirria Criossant. Elixir Raspberry Limeade Kombucha sweet and tart, excellent balance for digesting rich foods. Kahlua Mousse Cake rich, moist, creamy, chocolatey and the best part - a corner piece! Sourdough sliced; purchased for later but had to pinch a bite off because it's the best homemade bread I've ever had - so good my family and friends have me bring it when I visit them in Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, and Northern Kentucky and every vacation.

Niko's Bakery and Cafe so good! We DoorDashed dinner. The delivery driver let us know they were out of curry carrot soup and gave us some delicious options. Everything was delivered at the proper temperature.
Lion's mane grilled cheese, summer veggies soup, ploughman's meal, raspberry cheesecake, chocolate layer cake, sourdough bread.
I added tomato, unsalted butter, bib lettuce, cucumber and the pickled peppers to the sandwich. Tonight's dinner is the soup, 1/2 the dressed up grilled lion's mane and a glass of Chardonnay. The sweets are for breakfast with coffee. The rest will be lunch and supper tomorrow and possibly additional dessert. The sourdough bread is our family's favorite. We make avocado toast with poached eggs, tomatoes and pickled onion with the sourdough bread. However most of it will be torn from the loaf and eaten as snacks. It is so good and has a nice satisfying chew.
The lion's mane sandwich is very good, even without the embellishments. The additions to the sandwich added a layer of fresh crisp flavor, cutting the hearty fat. It is very rich, hearty and filling. The veggie soup is chock full of summer veggies, also rich and hearty; I only ate half. The chardonnay paired nicely as a crisp and gentle balance to the rich and flavorful food.
