veggies and gyoza were good. steak was a over done and a little tough but still tasted good

Rating a 4 only because that bacon cheeseburger is amazing. No 5, though, because my last 3 orders, this location, has forgotten an item or two in my order. Ordered a Fried Rice, didn't receive it. Again. Pretty salty. Obviously no photo for the review as it's a lack thereof situation.

Paid extra for Extra Sauce. Containers had less than a 1/4 of Extra Sauce, for twice as much as a full container was last year.
Steak was very good.

I hope this doesn't affect driver. Charged for drink that wasn't on the receipt or included. That's not on the driver. Hardly any cheese on the fries. First time having tokyo bowl and was delicious but lack of being able to read an order and deliver what's asked for is the only reason for the rating. Coming from someone who's worked 7 years in restaurant industry I'm very seldom to criticize. Having said that, I've always been hesitant to order from them either through door dash or over the phone for pick up. I've yet to have a doordash order completed in full and the last time I simply called them to place an order for five I showed up 30 minutes later (10 minutes after I was told it would be ready) and waited 20 minutes for my order. Great food. Only reason not one star. Need to ramp up mgmt and focus on customer service. From a former restaurant manager.
