Nirvana is hands down our favorite Indian restaurant. Whether we're dining in and enjoying their refreshing IPA or having it delivered for a cozy Friday night at home, the food never disappoints. Our go-to dishes are the Tikki Masala, coconut curry, and saag paneer, each packed with rich flavors and perfect seasoning. The quality is consistently high, whether you’re eating in or taking out, making it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine. Highly recommend!

TOTAL RIPOFF!
What they served as “biryani” was nothing more than fried rice — and not even good fried rice. As someone who knows what biryani is (I’m not even expecting the authentic Hyderabadi kind), this was beyond disappointing. The food overall was not good, not even by the standards of basic Indian cuisine.
They charged $20 for a single portion of this so-called biryani — with no raita, no salan, no condiments, not even utensils. That’s outrageous, especially when you consider what top-rated restaurants in Artesia offer for the same or less.
This is exactly why many Indian restaurants struggle with customer service and consistency. Even more frustrating — the customer ratings here are completely misleading, especially for non-Indians who may assume this is what Indian food is supposed to taste like. It gives a false impression of a rich and diverse cuisine. I will not go here again.

If you like Indian food, but more mild in spice and flavor, this may be a good choice. I’m white… but seems more targeted for white people. I’ve only had it this once, so this may not be a review that represents the restaurant well. Not the worst I’ve had. It was still pleasant.
I’d give it a 2.5. Not bad, but I don’t plan to come back. Price doesn't match the quality, in my experience.
Sag Paneer. Bland. I’d recommend requesting more than 4 small pieces of paneer for $20.
Reddest Tikki Masala I’ve ever had. Comes with sauce and the meat. If you like it medium spicy or more, I’d recommend asking for it to be spicier than standard. White meat was drier than prefer. My little girl who is more dramatic about when food is too spicy for her tastes wanted more flavor, so she salted it. It was still pleasant for me to eat.

Freshness was a solid point in favor of everything. Some dishes Igave a thumb down on because they were too salty. The salt hide the special way of the food. However, the rest was very good and I especially liked the Saar, and could tell how good the other dishes would be without the salt. . I didnt get the ordered Garlic naan. Igot a mango lassi not on the order instead.

The tandoori chicken was much too spicy. Have ordered this before but was not this spicy. Burned our mouths!
