The best noodle bowls and sushi in Middletown. For apps try the Japanese veggie spring rolls and the pork gyoza. The creamy sesame ramen is fantastic. Everything I've tried has been fantastic.

we're never disappointed and we've never had a bad thing here. Ramen is great and the sushi is some of the best in the state.
