The Ramen Birria / Beef Meat Ramen was really good! I usually don't like birria ramen because it's not done well, but this was great! Good balance of meat and noodles, and savory slightly spicy broth. The Quesabirria / Beef Meat was so much food! I was expecting street taco sized tacos but they were like three 8" diameter tacos. They were really good as with the included salsa, and included about 8 oz of birria consommé for dipping. Absolutely delicious.

The tacos were amazing! But the Birria Fries where just plain (boiled?) fries with no toppings and a small cup of ketchup. There was no cheese, sour cream, or birria. Not sure if it's a typo on the app. But if it is, 14.99 for just mediocre fries. Not worth it.

A coworker of mine recently recommended No Manches Way. I tried the Quesabirria / Beef Meat like he recommended, and my mind was blown. Most of my coworkers come from Mexico, and when I ask "whats the best Mexican restaurant around?" The answer is always "my house!", then one day one of my coworkers came in and said "No Manches Way! That's the best Mexican Restaurant around! You have to try it, you're going to love it!", he wasn't lying, this place is incredible.

Every time I order I barely get any sauce. 1 sauce for 2 orders of quesabirria is not enough. No cilantro, no onions and the tacos are barely even cooked enough for the cheese to melt. The quality has definitely went down hill. For as much as they charge, they need to step up their game.

Shells were soggy, red sauce was nothing but oil, beef was dry, and consume was bland. Have eaten a lot of birria tacos from many different places in Ogden and id say this was worst ive experienced.
