The staff are friendly and helpful. The Nova Lox sandwiches are my fave! I also like the poppyseed and chocolate chip bagels. Their lemonade iced tea is refreshing.

I placed this "pick-up" order and DoorDash sent me a notification that it would take 20-30 minutes. It turned out the food was sitting there for over 20 minutes. It was lukewarm. But it was still very good. Just wish I had been notified correctly.
