Not seasoned at all, only top half was cut in half, nothing very special about the sandwich, and the coffee tasted watered down and very thin.

It isnt fair when you can charge so much for orange juice that wasn't even filled to the top yet obviously watered down to save money and extend the shelf life of the juice and then find out a customer is stuck without credit.
Secondly, how often do you check the cream cheese you place into your bagels? The plain version tasted sour. That shouldn't be a surprise if they water down the OJ , why not use the cream cheese until it's gone, that way no loss of profits!!
Am I frustrated? Yes, because if companies expect to charge exorbitant prices you should make sure your quality is as high as your prices!!

The chorizo avocado sunrise was not on a jalapeno cheese bagel I requested, and the sausage patty seemed a little dry like it wasn't fresh. I normally get this, and it is wonderful. Maybe with it being New Years Eve, they might have run out. Even the Baker’s Dozen Bagels with Shmear had a couple of the bagels that were subpar. It was almost like they ran out of bagels, so they submitted the less than appealing looking ones. Since this is not an issue normally, I will still order from them just not on a holiday.
