I'm convinced after multiple orders that the store just doesn't own a toaster. Every bagel comes untoasted despite selecting the option. Decent coffee and restaurant otherwise, but the squishy bagel really drives this down.

It tastes good but do not take the food picture as an indication of what you are getting. I know food glamour shots are not always realistic but this Texas Brisket is pretty egregious..

Very disappointed in the Single Bagel with Shmear. The bagel itself was good but for roughly $2 for cream cheese i didnt even get "light cream cheese". You don't get to chose light/medium/heavy which is a bummer. I would expect at least a medium amount of cream cheese. I was having a cheat day and I definitely felt cheated.
