Chicken Subgum Chow Mein with crispy noodle was perfectly prepared. I don't even like bean sprouts but in this dish, I ate everything. Large serving with juicy tender chicken & lots of crisp veggies.

This was the best Chinese food that I've had in Everett. Hands-down the best tasting Sweet and Sour Chicken and the sauce was perfect. The portions were very large and one order of an entree and is large enough for two people. This will be THE Chinese place I order from when in downtown Everett.

Not a big General Tao's guy, but saw this restaurant and another well reviewed local spot had Generals as their #1 dishes according to DoorDash...Noble Palace II makes the best I've had. Doesn't taste mass produced and made with care. I would have never tried egg foo young if I hadn't tried it in a single combination sampler previously. Now, I order it here every time and it is amazing! They also have lunch specials even on the weekends! I would say best Chinese restaurant in Everett and consistent.

Large portions & consistent quality can't be beat. The Ginger Beef, Orange Chicken, and Fried Rice Side have never let us down :)

It was on time. It was cold. Couldnt tell the difference between almond chicken and sweet and sour pork. Both were small greasy fried tastless balls. Sauce for pork tasted off. All and all very disappointed.
