This is the first time I have ordered from Noburu Ramen & Sushi, I now have a new favorite! The soup for the 105. Spicy Creamy Chicken and 103. Creamy Chicken Ramen was perfect. It was so good, I couldn't wait to eat it!

Wow! Loved literally everything we ordered from Noburu! I liked their ramen bowl packaging too that separated the broth from the other ingredients. The menu didn't specify what was in the 404. Noburu Bun but I am glad we gave it a try because they basically crispy and moist katsu chicken sandwiches! The only thing we were bummed about was not getting any soy sauce packets, but luckily we had some at home.

We order from here about once a week. It's our favorite ramen place around here. I always get the Black Garlic and it's really good. Their chashu is better than most the ramen places around and they give you a decent amount. I do wish they offered pork belly though. Their broth is also very good. Much better than Kizuki where it's too salty with no flavor. I want to give them 5 stars, but I have had some quality issues. A couple times we've got too little broth, and one time the broth only had the base and no flavor so it was completely bland.

One of the best restaurants in Redmond. Has a good selection of vegetarian rolls like the 608. Veggie Roll . Spring Rolls was super delicious too.

Love that it came in a bowl that seps the soup and noodles to prevent it from getting soggy on the way here.
It did call for some added spices, but all in all is good for the price and amount you get for it.
