First time customer, the food quality is so good, nice package, my sashimi come in chill nice and fresh tasting, the California roll and Spicy Tuna Roll are both very tasty. Hand rolls and nigiri are tasty as well.

Overall good quality and reasonable pricing. I thought the Albacore Tataki was good but a small portion compared to tatakis at other restaurants. Pork belly was a fun departure from the usual. Walu was soft and buttery, almost like a scallop. And finally my old standby the salmon skin roll - well-prepared, no yucky bones or anything, and my request for no hot sauce was respected (as was my request for negihama to come as a handroll). I was pleased with my order and will return.

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. I spent $70 expecting restaurant-quality food, but instead received tiny, grocery-store quality rolls that left us still hungry. The portions were shockingly small, the taste was mediocre, and the value was completely missing. We also ordered beef tongue, but the meat was so tough that we couldn’t even chew it and had to throw it away. I truly expected more from a place charging premium prices. I hope management seriously reconsiders their quality standards, because I would never recommend this place based on my experience.

It's so good, I've come back 4 weeks in a row so far! Really fresh fish, delicious rolls (fish-and flavor-forward, not like some places where the rolls are 50%rice), and extremely pleasant service. I'd skip the miso soup and tempura sauce, but the fish/ rolls are among the best I've had in the bay.
