I ordered mild-medium heat and it was over the top hot and spicy. The delivery was excellent, the food arrived hot and was delicious; except for the heat of the spice. I think the chef made a mistake.

Just had 4 orders of the shoyu ramen delivered and will never do that again. I like Noodle box and I like salt but this was UNBEARABLY salty. Not one person could eat more than a few bites. Waste of $86. :(

Order made incorrectly and had to be redone. When we received it after waiting
an extra halfhour, it was stll incorrect. The order with mild spice was made with medium and vice versa. Barely edible to the person wanting mild. $50 for sub par food. Wont order again
