I ordered mild-medium heat and it was over the top hot and spicy. The delivery was excellent, the food arrived hot and was delicious; except for the heat of the spice. I think the chef made a mistake.

The pad Thai I ordered was missing the pad Thai sauce.. it was just flavourless white noodles with some veggies mixed in and a raw egg on top. I typically dont leave negative reviews ever, but this was bad. I was only offered a $5 refund. I've had this pad Thai a few times before and it's been pretty good. But not this time. It was inedible :(

Just had 4 orders of the shoyu ramen delivered and will never do that again. I like Noodle box and I like salt but this was UNBEARABLY salty. Not one person could eat more than a few bites. Waste of $86. :(

Food was bland. Even though I asked for mild, the flavour was seriously lacking. My Teriyaki Box barely tasted like anything. The Vegetable Spring Roll also lacked flavour and tasted gross.
