Always perfectly packed (although a couple more chopsticks next time pls), followed instructions with sauce on the side for bok Bok Choy / 油菜 sauce is DELICIOUS , but family is spice sensitive. Big, meaty, rich, sweet slices of BBQ Pork / 蜜汁叉燒 and it's a dish that just can't be beat.
First time trying Noodleholics signature dish The Guilin Spicy & Sour / 酸辣桂林湯粉 (broth packed separate) fantastic mix of flavors, VERY filling and gluten free! It was also my first time trying this pig intestine and I recommend it, silky and slightly fatty like a nice piece of roast chicken (but with the vitamins and minerals of offal). Crispy Pork fried well to properly soften in the broth.

The House Wonton / 本樓雲吞麵 soup with the spicy beef broth was excellent. I also ordered Side of BBQ Pork / 加叉烧, Side of Side of Peanuts / 加花生 and the crispy, wonderful chicken Salt and Pepper Fried Wings (6) / 椒鹽雞翅. Everything was hot, fresh and packaged well!

Pretty good, made me full with just half of it lol. The place was about 30 minutes away and I had another stop added, and it still came as really hot.
This was my first time having anything from NoodleHolics and i gotta say it's some of the best Ramen I've ever had. My Dad enjoyed it a lot too.
Easy five stars.

Absolutely perfect Dandan / 擔擔麵, reminds me of great little places in Seattle & LA. Large portion, too. Pretty much looking forward to lunch leftovers while enjoying dinner rn. You will not be disappointed.

i ordered the wonton noodle soup and a Side of BBQ Pork / 加叉烧 and Pan Fried Dumplings (6) / 锅贴 and the wings. i have to say i was super impressed with it still being hot when it got to my home. the broth smelled so good. wontons were tasty. the bok choy was cooked perfectly. the pork was super tender it was the perfect taste. the wings were a little too heavy on the breading but they have potential because the chicken is nice. nice portion sizes and very good execution overall. i will definitely order more from here in the future!!!
