The Tonkatsu Ramen was amazing! Chicken or beef are both equally as good. Lots of flavor and the portion size was absolutely filling. I am very impressed and satisfied. The price was right as well. The pork bao was also equally as good.

Delicious food very authentic flavors. The soup was spicy but not overpowering and the meat was very tender. The bao buns were a good size and had a good amount of filling. 10/10

I ordered the Beef Noodle Soup spicy broth and the egg rolls with a side of curry sauce for egg rolls (as another user suggested). And wow! I cannot say enough great things about this place! Everything was fresh. The noodles have to made in house. There is no other way to explain the deliciousness! The egg rolls were perfectly cooked. The curry sauce was outstanding!

Noodle House is so good. So lucky to have this place in Midland. I've eaten in the restaurant many times and have had it delivered many times and it's always good. I had the Black Garlic Ramen for the first time today and WOW. My mouth exploded with flavor.

It was mostly good, but the Pork/Beef Pan-Fried Bao was dry and felt like leftovers. The Spicy Baby Cucumber didn't seem like it was left to marinate, so it wasn't its best. The one thing that was done well was the Beef Noodle Soup in Spicy Broth.
