AMAZING pork belly - if he sold it in a bowl with a side of sunomono, I'd move right into the truck itself!
Generous portions as well, I've ordered from here several times (I wasn't a fan of the shrimp, but they were fine) and the owner is a really sweet and friendly person even over the phone, so give it a go!

I got the (3) BAO COMBO W/ FRIES BANG BANG SHRIMP and it was better than I expected. Flavor was delicious and the Bao bun was so perfectly soft, I loved it. The French fries were tasty too. Looking forward to trying the pork belly next!

the TanTan Ramen came with pork despite asking for no pork. I'm allergic so that was a waste. The Chicken zinger basket had small nuggets with the consistency of rocks. all 4 items I ordered were either mediocre or inedible.
