The GRILLED CHICKEN FETTUCCINE ALFREDO was very good as was the garlic bread. I could have used a spoon for the Gumbo though.

I have been going to this Norms for more than 15 years but I was very disappointed with the quality of food I received today. Not only was my food very very cold, but my hashbrown were so burnt. I was trying to salvage them by picking off all the burnt pieces but gave up after noticing there was barely a bite left. I'm not sure if this was because I ordered online but when I go in person I never have issues. Guess I won't be ordering online anymore ...

This is not the first time they have forgotten an item. This time it was pancakes, last time it was a chicken tender meal. Both times someone had to kiss out on their expected meal. Please check your receipts more thoroughly.

Absolutely terrible T E R R I B L E . Hashbrowns undercooked , sausage was raw, pancakes dry, streak tasted old and spoiled. AWFULL!!!!
