Brisket seems like it needed more time, a bit tough. Cornbread has small corn pieces in it. All meat as well as macaroni and cheese needed salt. Cheese curds and sauce were quite good.

This really wasn't for me personally. Delivery was quick! The Bowl Chicken & Sausage Gumbo was weirdly sweet/BBQ sauce tasting? Not quite like the built in roux I grew up eating. Was much closer to Brunswick Stew in taste and texture. Burnt Ends Appetizer were okay. Small for the price. Very evenly coated in sauce if that's good for you. It's not that this is bad BBQ, just not the BBQ for me
