We have order BBQ from this place twice.
Both time we thought the ribs, pulled pork, burnt ends, and sausage were tasty but were way to dry.
The first order had flavor but too dry, but we were willing to give this place a second chance based on flavor.
But our second order tonight was also dry as well.
We will not order again because it was overcooked and way overpriced for dry BBQ.
By the way we have been eating BBQ for entire lives and we are in our 70s . We have had great BBQ in the most unlikely places.
Oddly enough I have lived in nearly all the towns named for their 'Q plates and see the resemblance of these flavors but not the execution. Too dry meats cannot be fixed by more sauce.

I typically love this restaurant. The food was not great via Doordash. There was too much sauce on Burnt Ends Appetizer and the fish was dry in the 3 PC FRIED Cod Fish Fry. Bummer.

The Boise is great! We were really hoping for Baked Potato as a side and the mechanism is broken to order that. Disappointed but the cheesy potatoes were okay as a replacement.

Cajun Catfish Bites where a little to salty
The ribs could have been more tender the brisket and Cornbread Muffins where great as well as the kanses city bbq sauce
