The cakes were amazing as usual but the pick up process could use some refining. I ordered online to save time but still had to wait for the three people in the store to decide what they wanted.

They advertised their new Cookies & Cream flavor. So we ordered 2 of them & they ACCEPTED the order. The Dasher drives all the way over there, only to be told that they were OUT of this flavor. (???)
