Great flavor, 25$ for a small....come on! Definitely under cooked. The reason why the 1/2 is missing (3) pcs. I tried it and had to give the rest to my dogs.

The food is overrated. Wings are frozen and heated up with lots of fatty skin and extremely overpriced. The truffle fries are extremely generic compared to gourmet truffle fries sold at competitors selling the same. The BBQ pizza was ok, but nothing to rave about. Overall, I would highly encourage one to think long and hard before investing this kind of money in mere fast food. Way overpriced. I was a first time customer who recently moved to the area. I won't be back.

My whole family loves Novellas! It's the closest to real Italian pizza around. I especially love the Baby Bella pizza and am so happy I can order it with vegan cheese. The rest of my family loves the Garlic Knots the most. Always delicious!

Our family loves Novella's, the pizza is great. Unfortunately this time I ordered two crispy chicken salads. Rather than getting a cup (or two) or dressing like we used to, it was barely drizzled across the top. I don't like a lot of dressing but this was so minimal it made it difficult to eat. Normally we also get a reasonable portion of crispy chicken. Both salads appeared to divvy up leftover crumbs from a bowl of chicken because a new batch hadn't been made or something. No plans to go back when we want a salad for dinner anytime soon. It seems like a process change to cut some corners but I truly hope it was a one-off. I've referred a lot of people there for both pizza and salad.
