Here you will find items that are not on our menu and are listed for a limited time. They include dishes, sides, and appetizers that Saori enjoyed in Japan. Other items are inspired from actual dishes from restaurants in or around Numazu, Japan. Included also are fusion dishes that combine the best of two or more cuisines.

Each taco consists of the main ingredient on a thick flour tortilla with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, white cheeses, spicy mayo, and green onions. Currently, we have just four types. Do you have an idea for our next one?
Named after the Japanese mythical god Inari that is portrayed as a fox. These fried pouches of fried tofu filled are filled with sushi rice. If not topped with another item, they are served upside down. The corners of the pouch look like fox's ears.
