I have a special relationship with this store, the chefs, and the staff. You see, I have ordered from O almost weekly for nearly two years. Sexy Laguna, Philadelphia, red snapper, blue fin... When I say quality is consistent, you can believe me.
This evening's fare inspires this post. Thank you O. Red Snapper with a kiss of smoked salt. Yellow Tail Belly with fresh wasabi. Red Fin properly red, but I understate... Jiro suggests red fin is fine wine, and toro indulgent, negligent, destructive. Today, in Irvine, O delivered red fin grand cru. I thank you.

Love their rolls! Had the Salmon Lemon (I added cream cheese), Sexy Laguna Roll, and Seared Yellowtail Roll and we loved them! The best thing is they dont overfill their rolls with rice! They actually have a great fish to rice ratio. I cant stand when a place just overfills the roll with rice and skimp on fish.. Not here! Yummy!

All the sushi here is high quality and fresh--favorite spot to doordash sushi. We've ordered many times from here and have never been disappointed with poor quality or still frozen fish etc. Monk Fish Liver is absolutely amazing as are Blue Fin ToroKing Salmon and the Salmon Lemon roll!

Orders 3 seabass meals (It was $34 for trio and $28 for plain- a lot of money for lunch!) and every single time i have ordered it in the past it came with rice and salad. I only got the seabass today without anything. Phoned the restaurant and they said i ordered the wrong item as i should have ordered the lunch special. They only have one option on their menu??! I am sad as i really liked their salad and rice and they did not specify on their menu

Second time ordering; second time mixing up the order. Restaurant describes the salmon sushi as a roll with avocado and cucumber. Received two pieces of sashimi on rice instead. No solution offered by restaurant.
